Odelia in Serifos, Greece

Latest Update:
28 May 2020

Odelia is a Grand Cayman 56, manufactured by Len Hwa Yards in Kaohsung, Taiwan. She is 56 foot long with a 17 1/2 foot beam and a 4 1/2 foot draft. Powered by two 450hp Cummins diesels, she cruises at 8 to 9 knots with a range of 1200 to 1500 nautical miles.

We have lived aboard since 2000, initially in Barrington, Rhode Island. After my retirement in 2002, we began cruising full time. We cruised in Florida and the Bahamas (2002 to 2004); seven years in the Med (2004 to 2011); two more years in Florida, Georgia, and the Bahamas (2011 to 2013); and we returned to the Med in the summer of 2013.

We normally cruise in the summer to Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus and winter in Israel.

Latest News:

We are in Karpaz Gate Marina. We had planned to Israel for a Pessach but that is off due to the Corona virus quarantines.

While in Cyprus, you can contact us via email, Whatsapp to our Israeli cell phone numbers, or direct to our TRNC cell phone. The US Dial in numbers will not work while we are in Cyprus. See contact page for numbers.
